The people who work here are the most important asset the Nursery has. We know just how precious your children are to you, and our approach to recruitment, management and development is all geared to reflect that.
We have a vigorous induction process for all new staff to ensure their readiness to care for your children.
Our nursery nurses and assistants are all actively encouraged and supported to work towards their next qualifications, and we have a strong ethos of both self-assessment and management assessment and mentoring to ensure continual improvement.
All staff are expected to have a childcare qualification to a Level 3 or be working towards it. They will also have or be working towards in there first year of employment.

- Revised EYFS training
- Health and Safety and Manual Handling in the workplace

Staff are extremely well qualified and have extensive knowledge of how young children develop and learn. Their knowledge of the individuals in their care means that each child enjoys a wonderful range of valuable experiences that help them achieve their full potential.Ofsted Report
